In addition to business updates, the Membership will vote on updated by-laws for the organization. The most significant changes are:

The Board of Trustees will elect officers and Trustees at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees. Currently, the election is made by the Membership.
There will be one Vice President. Currently, there are two.
The Board of Trustees will have term limits; however, these limits may be waived by the Board of Trustees for extenuating circumstances. Currently, there are no term limits.
