Call for Art: 2026 “Lynn PRIDE” Gallery Show – Authentically YOU

Name of Venue: The Museum at Lynn Museum & Arts Center (590 Washington Street, Lynn, MA 01901)

Theme: Authentically YOU is a gallery theme that celebrates the full spectrum of queer identity, expression, and becoming. The concept centers on self‑definition, visibility, and the courage it takes to live as your truest self in a world that often demands conformity. It invites artists and viewers alike to step into a space where queerness is not explained or defended — it is lived, felt, and honored.

Work Media: The Lynn Museum & Arts Center (LMAC) and United Lynn Pride (ULP) are seeking paintings, photographs, poetry, prints, sculptures, and other visual artworks. The sixth annual Lynn PRIDE art show will take place in the Museum building’s second-floor community gallery from late June through mid-October 2026.

The opening reception will take place on Friday, June 26th, from 5 to 9 pm as part of our Final Fridays program.

LGBTQIA+ identifying artists from the Lynn community or with ties to the Lynn community are encouraged to submit between one and three artworks for consideration for the exhibition.

Eligibility:

Artists from the North Shore, Greater Boston, and beyond are welcome to apply, but Lynn artists (living, working, or practicing in Lynn) are preferred.

Individuals must identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
