Lynn Legacies: The Next Generation

For more than a century, the Lynn Museum & Arts Center has collected, maintained, and fostered an appreciation of Lynn through its textiles, paintings, photographs, and historical artifacts. Lynn is a city built on lasting legacies – legacies that the Museum has committed to preserving and passing on to future generations. Lynn Legacies: The Next Generation is part of that effort. Two decades after the Museum recognized 59 individuals and companies as part of the original Lynn Legacies project, Lynn Legacies: The Next Generation shines a light on a new group of honorees – many of them sons and daughters of the first originals – who also have made a significant contribution to Lynn’s history.

Join us for a celebration of our 2026 class of Lynn Legacies on Wednesday, October 21, at 6 pm at the Museum (590 Washington Street, Lynn, MA 01901).

Tour our latest exhibitions, get a unique, up-close look at some of our most distinctive objects, and enjoy a special commemorative display as part of the festivities.

Heavy appetizers and refreshments available. Tickets are $50 each or $80 for two. All proceeds benefit the Lynn Museum & Arts Center (Lynn Historical Society, Inc).
