Lynn Woods Walking Tour & Intro to Birding with Greenbelt

Join Lynn Museum & Arts Center and Greenbelt for an annual guided 2-mile tour of Lynn Woods, a 2000+ acre recreational woods area that is a municipal park. The 90-minute tour, led by Ranger Dan Small, follows one of the many trails at Lynn Woods and features outstanding views of Stone Tower, Dungeon Rock, and more. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring water to stay hydrated.

New this year: We’ll have a birding guide, Laura Vehring, join us for a beginner-focused birding experience. Participants should bring binoculars if they have them.

We will leave from the Pennybrook Road entrance (106 Pennybrook Road, Lynn, MA, 01905) at 9 am and return around 10:30 am. There is a restroom at the Pennybrook Road entrance.

Call 781-581-6200 to RSVP.
