M.E.S.A. featuring Cultura Latina Dance Academy
Join us for our October virtual M.E.S.A. (Museum Enrichment Series for All) featuring special guest, Yaya Rodriguez, owner and founder of Cultura Latina Dance Academy (CLDA).
CLDA was founded in 2011 when Yaya, with years of experience as a dancer/choreographer, was invited to create a few folkloric dances for community organizations, churches, and non-profit organizations. This experience and necessity in her community motivated her, with the assistance of her board of directors, to fund what today is CLDA. Currently, CLDA is a 501©3 non-profit dance academy that is housed in the lower level of our LynnArts building at 25 Exchange Street. Take a look at their current schedule below!
Register here for the conversation. The program will also be live streamed via Facebook live.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Lynn Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
