M.E.S.A. featuring Wendy Joseph, Curator of the G.A.R. Museum Lynn

Join Lynn Museum/LynnArts on the second Wednesday of each month at noon for MESA (Museum Enrichment Series for All). This lecture series covers wellness, genealogy, and current events and features local experts, community members, Museum staff, and others.

Did you know that there is a Civil War Museum in the City of Lynn? Wendy Joseph is the curator of the Grand Army of the Republic, General
Lander Post 5 GAR at 58 Andrew Street in Lynn. She will give you a view into the G.A.R beginnings, the life and times of the
Veterans there, and what the future may hold for this beloved (and unknown!) jewel of Lynn.

The conversation will take place over Zoom.

This program is supported in part by a grant from the Lynn Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
