M.E.S.A. (Museum Enrichment Series for All) featuring Lincoln Anniballi

Join Lynn Museum/LynnArts on the second Wednesday of each month at noon for M.E.S.A. (Museum Enrichment Series for All). This virtual lecture series covers topics such as wellness, genealogy, and current events and hears from local experts, community members, Museum staff, and others.

Lincoln Anniballi, a resident of Natick, MA, studies political science and history at Hofstra University. He is the author of “Saving Our Democracy” and hosts the podcast “Henry Wilson & the Civil War.”

While Lincoln grew up in Natick’s Henry Wilson Historic District, drove past the Henry Wilson Shoe Shop daily, and attended Wilson Middle School, he knew very little about who Henry Wilson was. In 2020, Lincoln began research on Wilson and discovered an incredible story. Lincoln will share Wilson’s rise from indentured servant to Natick shoemaker, U.S. senator, and Ulysses S.Grant’s Vice-President. Lincoln hopes to shine a light on this Massachusetts native and lifelong champion of civil rights.

The conversation will take place over Zoom and live-streamed to Facebook.
