M.E.S.A. featuring Eleny Rossi, Entrepreneur
Join Lynn Museum & Arts Center on the second Wednesday of each month at noon for MESA (Museum Enrichment Series for All). This lecture series covers wellness, genealogy, and current events and features local experts, community members, Museum staff, and others.
We are delighted to have Eleny Rossi, entrepreneur and self-taught home baker, join us. She will share her journey to becoming a business owner and what she’s learned along the way. The conversation will take place over Zoom.
About Eleny:
Eleny, a native Lynn Latina, is the face behind El’s Flour Garden. After being laid off at the start of the pandemic, what started as a passionate hobby took off and became what she believes now is her contribution to the community. As a self-taught home baker, she specializes in satisfying your sweet cravings and creating custom delicacies for your special moments!
She truly believes food is edible art and is what brings us all together. All cakes, cookies, brownies, and other treats are made from scratch. Aside from baking, she has also used her journey into entrepreneurship to speak to classrooms of elementary and middle school students and portray that you can really do whatever your heart desires.
As a UMass Amherst alum from the Isenberg School of Business, she uses her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality with her (massive) sweet tooth.
Her love of creativity and community birthed her latest venture, Regal Collaborations, with her friend Jilliana Rodriguez. She believes the city of Lynn is overflowing with creatives from all walks of life who are just seeking a platform to showcase their talents.
Regal Collaborations seeks to bridge the gap between creatives and the vast audience and has recently received a grant from Creative Lynn MA to fund its first event this fall, a Fashion Showcase at the Lynn Museum!
Please follow @elsflourgarden to place orders or to stay up to date with raffles, events, and more, and follow @regalcollaborations for more safe community events!
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Lynn Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
