Second Saturday: “Lydia N. Breed: Art of a Community Legacy” Exhibition Opening

Join us the second Saturday of each month from 10 am – 2 pm for free admission to the Museum! View our latest exhibitions, grab a take-home art kit for the family, enjoy special activities, and purchase one-of-a-kind Lynn merchandise in our shop.

Our April 9th Second Saturday will celebrate our latest exhibition, “Lydia N. Breed: Art of a Community Legacy.” This exhibition is the entire archive of Breed’s prints recently acquired by Lynn Museum/LynnArts and includes testimonials from congregation members and commentary from current students at North Shore Community College.

In addition to the exhibition, MiraMar Print Lab’s Sammia Atoui and Adrian Rodriguez will offer a hands-on printing activity open to all ages. Boston Printmakers member Coco Berkman will show her print portfolio from 1 – 3 pm.

Make sure to swing by Galleries at LynnArts between 11 am – 5 pm to view their latest exhibition, “Environmental Awakening” (on view through May 12, 2022).
